MANAGING DIRECTOR
DYLAN PROCTOR
A registered Formwork Carpenter for over 27 years with a breadth of experience covering all facets of formwork construction within the building industry both in Australia and Internationally.
Brisbane based formwork business ACE FORM was established by Dylan Proctor in 2008. In 2010 to further industry experience and career he stepped into a senior role as Managing Director and Co-Owner of the Proctor Poulson Group Pty Ltd trading as ACE FORM. Dylan then continued to expand his industry experience by becoming the sole owner of Ace Form Group (Aus) Pty Ltd in 2017.
In a demanding and high-pressured industry ACE FORM continues to prove they can deliver on the overall performance and successful completion of Residential, Civil and Commercial projects. Dylan’s passion, experience and diligence demands high standards from all tradesmen, contractors and suppliers, ensuring excellent service and quality workmanship on all projects.
Construction Manager
MITCHELL HEMPHILL
Mitch Hemphill completed his apprenticeship alongside Dylan Proctor and has been a qualified Formwork Carpenter for more than 27 years. Over that time, he’s gained extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of formwork construction.
Formwork runs in Mitch’s family—his father spent over four decades as a Senior Supervisor with Pax and Formrite, managing major projects across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Growing up around the industry, Mitch developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the trade from an early age.
Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Mitch is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every job. He takes great pride in what he does and ensures that every project is completed on schedule and to a professional standard.
Senior Supervisor
TYSON YOUNG
Tyson Young began his formwork apprenticeship with Swift Form in 2005, where his skill and dedication earned him Apprentice of the Year. From early on, he demonstrated strong leadership, progressing quickly into supervisory and management roles on major projects.
With extensive experience across commercial and civil construction, Tyson has led some of South East Queensland’s largest formwork projects and managed large-scale operations with precision. His time as a Site Supervisor for a builder/developer also gave him a solid understanding of project scheduling, coordination, and site management.
Tyson’s practical expertise, calm and solutions-focused approach, and proven leadership make him a key member of the Ace Form team—ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
